The following is the Agreement between Evaide™ and everyone who utilizes the evaide.com website. By participating in evaide services you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and your consent to be bound by it. Our terms for participation in our services is as follows: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Evaide operates as a promotional network of privacy-oriented internet businesses. Evaide helps online consumers protect their email addresses from spam databases. Participating businesses are awarded the Evaide Icon to display on their websites. ACCOUNT QUALIFICATION Evaide membership is open to web-based businesses who are willing to adhere to strict privacy standards. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS Your first annual membership fee is due in advance. The current cost of membership is $199.95 per year. Payments are processed by PayPal.com. You agree to abide by PayPal's own User Agreement. MEMBER DATA Members are required to maintain accurate business data at all times including full legal business name, authorized contact person, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address. Your data may be subject to verification by Evaide staff at any time. NOTICE TO THIRD-PARTIES WHILE EVAIDE WORKS DILIGENTLY TO VERIFY NETWORK MEMBERS, EVAIDE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACTION OF ANY MEMBER. Should you have a formal complaint regarding an Evaide account holder (i.e. spam, data compromise, etc.) please visit the Support Center. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Each user agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless for any losses resulting from any use or attempted use of our services in violation of this Agreement. Our services are only available for lawful purposes. Applicable state or federal laws and regulations may limit our services. NO WARRANTIES You agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on a strictly "as is" basis. We do not provide any warranties. OUR RIGHTS We may suspend or terminate your use of our services at any time, without notice for any reason, in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time.
